BWBW experience

The global pandemic and the dramatic ways it’s shifted our lives, has only reinforced the importance of investing in our mental health, self-care, and relationships.

As a group, Black women experience higher rates of depression. Yet, Black women are less likely to seek treatment. Why? Because of stigmas surrounding mental health in the Black community and the notion that Black women must be strong. Let’s break the stigmas.
Join us for The Black Woman Be Whole Virtual Experience to begin your healing journey.
