Season 5 is Here!

Season 5‘s theme is unleashed and we’re choosing liberation over limitation, letting go of outdated roles, false narratives, and unspoken rules that have kept us small.

We’re reclaiming what’s ours…our time, our peace, and our joy and we’re talking about the shifts Black women can make to feel more seen, more centered, and more liberated.

And we don’t just talk about it, we give you the tools to do it. Each episode comes with tips, resources, and reflection prompts to help you take what you’ve heard and put it into practice in your everyday life.

This season we’re expanding and building lives that feel whole, honest, and free.

Ep 10: Unleash Your Needs!

What have you been needing that you haven’t said out loud?

So many of us learned how to be everything for everyone but never learned how to need. In this episode, we unpack the ways we’ve been taught to downplay, deny, or carry our needs alone, and what it’s costing us.

Because your needs aren’t a burden. They’re information. They’re truth.

We’re getting honest about emotional, physical, and relational needs and how to start naming them without guilt, apology, or over-explaining.

If you’ve been holding it all together, this is your reminder:
You don’t have to do it alone.

Ep 9: Unleash Your Villain Era!

What if being the villain is actually about choosing yourself?

In this episode, we’re unpacking what it means to step into your “villain era” not in a harmful way, but in a way that honors your boundaries, your energy, and your needs. After a year of burnout, overextension, and constantly showing up for others, we’re asking: what would it look like to finally put ourselves first?

We talk about where we learned to people-please, how our “no” sometimes gets shaky, and the real cost of not honoring ourselves, our sleep, our health, and our peace.

This is your reminder that protecting your energy isn’t selfish and it’s necessary.

Because sometimes, the version of you they call “the villain” is just the version of you that stopped abandoning herself.

Ep 8: Unleash Your Pleasure!

What have you been taught to deny yourself when it comes to pleasure?

This episode is for every woman who’s been moving so fast, giving so much, holding so many people down, that she forgot what it feels like to enjoy herself.

It’s for the woman who’s been in survival mode, who feels guilty for wanting rest, who hasn’t had a moment of softness in forever.
It’s for the woman whose pleasure has always been tied to someone else’s needs, someone else’s body, or someone else’s expectations.
It’s for the Black woman who deserves joy without apology and ease without explanation.

We are talking about reclaiming the small, everyday pleasures we skip, rush through, or overlook , the ones that help us feel alive, anchored, and human. Because pleasure is not something you have to earn, and it’s definitely not something that only lives in the bedroom.

Pleasure is anything that brings ease, comfort, delight, joy, or aliveness to your body or your spirit. Pleasure is a full-body yes.

Ep 7: Unleash Your Rage!

Are you suppressing your rage or protecting others from it?

This episode invites you to recognize the many faces of anger, explore where it lives in your body and your life, and begin the journey toward liberated, intentional expression. Rage doesn’t make you dangerous, it makes you whole.

A lot of us were taught that anger is something to avoid. That if you’re

angry, you’re out of control. You’re dramatic. You’re being too much. Especially if you’re a Black woman.  We’re told to “watch our tone.” To “say it nicely.” To always “take the high road.” And over time... we start to believe that anger is something to be ashamed of. Something to manage. To hide. Or bury so deep that even we don’t see it anymore.

But what if anger isn’t the problem? What if anger is the truth? What if anger is the part of you that refuses to be erased?

We’re naming the anger we were told to bury, exploring the heat we’ve been holding in our bodies, and reclaiming our rage as something powerful, and purposeful. Whether your anger comes from grief, injustice, silence, or survival, it’s about giving it a voice. Because your rage isn’t a problem, it’s a signal. And sis, it’s time to listen.

Ep 6: Unleash Your Inhibitions!

What would it look like to finally let go of your inhibitions?

This episode invites us to slow down and really pay attention to the noise, the voices inside our heads, the whispers of our inner critic, the opinions of friends and family, and even the subtle messages society repeats to us about who we should be. Sometimes those voices come from a place of love and protection, but often they leave us second-guessing our own truth.

When we stop to ask, What’s really holding me back? we uncover more than fear, we uncover the old stories we’ve been carrying, the doubts that no longer serve us, and the patterns that keep us stuck. The truth is, completion and change rarely arrive wrapped in comfort. They demand courage, honesty, and a willingness to step into the unknown.

Ep 5: Unleash Your Inner Auntie!

What would your inner auntie say if you actually let her speak?

We’re often told to shrink with age, to tone down our style, our laughter, and our desires. But Auntie Energy rejects that script.

This episode invites you to see aging not as limitation, but as expansion, an era of deeper wisdom, unapologetic joy, and unshakable boundaries. Your years have only added to your power, your flavor, and your freedom.

Stepping into your Auntie Era is an act of self-trust and liberation, a reminder that you’re not too old for anything…you’re just getting started!

Ep 4: Unleash Your Dreams

Are your dreams still yours or did you let them go?

When Black women are encouraged to design lives that center their own dreams, they reclaim the right to live fully and freely. Choosing to honor vision over obligation challenges the belief that safety and sacrifice are the only options. It affirms that dreams are not indulgent or out of reach, but necessary for wholeness and joy.

Reimagining what is possible, naming non-negotiables, letting go of what no longer serves, and taking bold steps forward, opens space for freedom, softness, and self-trust. Building a dream life is not about perfection or timing, but about choosing yourself, again and again, as worthy of a future that excites you.

Ep 3: Unleash Your Inner Child

What would it look like to finally choose your inner child?

When Black women are invited to reconnect with the passions and dreams of their younger selves, they reclaim joy that adulthood often silences. Honoring the curiosity, creativity, and imagination of the inner child helps counter the weight of obligation and expectation. It affirms that worth is not only found in productivity or “safe” choices, but in what makes the soul feel alive.

Revisiting past passions opens pathways to wonder, play, and authenticity and reminding us that joy is medicine, creativity is healing, and nurturing the child within is essential to emotional and mental well-being.

Ep 2: Unleash The Woman Behind The Degree

Who are you beyond your degree?

Today’s episode is for the woman who’s been praised for her accomplishments, admired for her hustle, and buried under the weight of what she’s built. The degrees, the titles, the grind, it looks good on paper, but what about the person underneath it all?

We’re talking about the version of you who exists beyond the résumé. The one who doesn’t need to be validated by productivity. The one who deserves rest, softness, and love just for being.

Ep 1: Unleash Your Leadership!

Ep 1: Unleash Your Leadership!

What does leadership look like when you stop shrinking yourself?

When Black women are encouraged to lead in ways that honor who they truly are, not just who they’re expected to be, it affirms their self-worth, reduces burnout, and promotes emotional well-being. Embracing leadership rooted in empathy, intuition, and community helps counter the pressure to overperform or suppress emotions.

It builds connection instead of isolation, and creates space for vulnerability, rest, and alignment with one’s values, all of which are critical to sustaining mental and emotional wellness.
